• GOLDEN TEMPLATE MATCHING
  100% Product Inspection: Identify Differences in Character, Graphics and Images. 
  Train product once using a master label (golden template) and compare all subsequent labels against the template. Example CAT scan, passport documents, pharmaceutical documents, blueprints, maps etc. 
  Variable Sensitivity. 
  Local Label Alignment and Offset Registration: Perform template matching where the test pattern is skewed (up to 5degrees) and/or offset relative to the master. Also some ability to locate features where test pattern is not perfectly flat. i.e. allow for some small movement of image features relevant to each other (dynamic registration). 
  Fast Inspection Time: Resolution, memory and processor dependent. 
  Process Large Images: up to 625 square inches at 600dpi or 2500 square inches at 300dpi.
  
  

• BARCODE 1&2D
  Fast barcode inspection. Inspection time subject to processor, image resolution and size of barcode.
  Multi Format Support: Inspect both 1D and 2D barcodes including EAN13, EAN8, UPCA, UPCE, PHARMACODE, CODE39, CODE128, CODE2/5, CODE32, RSS, ECC200(Datamatrix). 
  Multi Regions: No restriction placed on the number of barcodes that can be inspected per image.
  
  

• OCR/OCV
  Fast font based OCR inspection: Train characters individually or as a group to create a font database. Include one or more references of the same character. Inspection time of less than 1msec per character achievable depending on processor, image resolution and character size.
  Fixed or variable character spacing: Inspect variable and mono-spaced fonts.
  DOT Matrix and full character Inspection: Software can handle dot matrix characters and single/full stroke characters
  Aspect Ratio Independence: Ability to inspect characters up to +/-400% of the trained nominal character size without retraining characters.
  Character Score: The system provides a score for each character representing the “similarity” between the inspected character and the closest matching character found in the database. User specified acceptance threshold.
  Character Fielding: Restrict certain characters to specified string positions e.g. Characters “1”,”2” & “3” to the second character in the string.
  Multiple OCR/OCV Regions: No restriction on the number of regions the user can add per inspection.

  Multilevel User Access: 3 level user access - Operator, Engineer and Administrator.
  Password Protection: UserID and password entry required to enter system.
  Audit Trail: Time stamped audit trail (database) to record both user access to the system and user access (modification of system settings) within the system.
  Password Ageing: Password expires after a specified period of time. Forces the user to change password at given intervals to a new and different password.· 
  User Access Security: Lock out terminal after a predefined number of failed login attempts. 
  Data Security: Restrict modification of data records by storing data in secure format.
  Version Control: Record time stamps copies of system configuration settings.
